Our 31-year old garage door opener failed and we contacted Palms Garage Doors. Peter, the technician, arrived within the scheduled time period. As expected, the motor had died and it was time to replace it along with the 31-year old springs and other moving parts. Peter had all the parts with him and stayed as late as needed to complete the install. Peter did an exceptional job with the installation, providing a meticulous attention to detail and great customer service. We would give him more than 5 stars if we could. Our new garage door opener is a major upgrade to the old one and we are very happy with it for the price we paid.

We had a garage door tension problem, where the door wouldn't go down in hot weather due to spring expansion. Elad tightened the springs, updated the programming, and lubed the tracks. Highly recommended--they were right on time, and very professional.

I had received two quotes earlier from competitors. Both of those companies told me that I needed to purchase a new garage opener. The Technician from Palms showed up and quickly determined that the problem wasn’t with the motor or the garage opener at all. It was the outlet that it had been plugged into. By plugging it into a different outlet, the garage door was once again able to open and close. He managed to diagnose this within five minutes of his free inspection. This company has my complete respect.
