Palms Garage Doors was quick to respond and sent over a technician within a few hours to give me a free estimate. The technician, Leo, was friendly and professional and explained what needed to be replaced. They worked with me on the estimate amount for the spring, cable and drum and began work immediately once I accepted. Leo worked quickly to get all the parts replaced and I’m happy that I can open my garage again. I would recommend them for garage repair services!

One side of my garage door rollers fell off track when I was opening the door. I messaged them and got an immediate response. Within 30 minutes, Elad showed up, diagnosed the problem, placed the rollers back on track, changed out my spring, and performed an inspection all for a reasonable price. He even fixed my garage sensor without the added cost. He offered two solutions (short-term vs long-term) without trying to up-sale me anything which I truly appreciate. Thanks again Elad!

Although a quick job, he did make it a point to tell mw what the issue was, helped setup the garage door opener, our cars and mobiles so that we did not have to figure it out ourselves. Thank you
