I had a garage door become stuck at one of my rental properties because a lift cable had come off the drum. The owner quickly identified the root cause, clearly explained the problem, the repair options, and why it happened.
The owner and his team did a very thorough job. Rather than applying a quick fix just to get the door moving again, they inspected the entire door system, corrected the cable, and checked the drums, spring balance, rollers, tracks, and opener. They spent considerable time testing the door. When it still didn’t operate as smoothly as they expected, they continued troubleshooting until they identified and fixed the underlying issue. I especially appreciated that they focused on a long-term solution instead of a temporary patch that would likely lead to the same problem a few years later. The door now operates smoothly. Throughout the repair, they patiently answered all of my questions. I was genuinely impressed by their commitment to quality.
Another thing that stood out was their honesty. They didn’t try to upsell additional work. Instead, they pointed out which items were still in good condition and could wait a few more years. That gave me confidence they were recommending only what was truly necessary.
While I didn’t get competing quotes for this repair, the pricing seemed very reasonable based on my experience hiring contractors for other rental properties. They also took care of a few small items at no additional charge. As a small company, the owner clearly takes pride in the quality of the work and the company’s reputation. I was impressed by the team’s professionalism, technical expertise, thoroughness, and problem-solving skills. I would definitely hire them again.

A few months ago, our garage door completely came off the track after one of the rollers slipped out. We contacted this company, and they were able to send a technician the very same day.
The technician was professional, friendly, and quickly got the door back in working order. What stood out the most was that he focused on repairing the existing door rather than pushing us to replace it, which is exactly what another company had recommended.
Since the repair, the garage door has been working perfectly without any issues. I would definitely recommend their service!
