- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to consult over the phone to make sure there isn't a safety issue. Once we identify there is no safety issue we will discuss the problem. 7 out of 10 times we know what the problem is when you explain what is happening. We can then discuss next steps. The first step is to schedule a time to have a technician visit your property for repair. If you are inquiring about an install, we measure every job for accurate quotes. We can typically get to your home to measure within 24 hours and in most cases we offer same day quotes.
