FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on job size and scope. I would need to see it first to quote it accurately via photos or in-person. I provide clear, upfront estimates with no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer reaches out, I first ask a few quick questions to understand the scope of the job. Photos are helpful if available. I then provide a clear estimate or schedule a quick on-site visit if needed. Once the quote is approved, we schedule the work. I show up on time, complete the job as agreed, and always include proper cleanup. Before finishing, I make sure the customer is happy with the work and then handle payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started working in the landscape industry at a young age with a large landscape company, where I quickly moved up due to my work ethic and reliability. I was part of an elite crew contracted by the San Jose Water District, working on forest and land maintenance projects, which gave me valuable experience early on. After that, I worked with BrightView on large-scale projects, including tree planting and landscaping at Apple’s headquarters in Cupertino. During that time, I became a foreman and learned the operational side of running landscape crews, job planning, and quality control. I also gained hands-on knowledge from my father, an engineer who has extensive experience in irrigation systems, which strengthened my understanding of efficient watering, repairs, and long-term system performance. At this time I graduated college at Cal State Eastbay, but after successfully launching my own business and seeing strong results from the first month, I decided to focus fully on growing my company. My training is a combination of real-world field experience, leadership roles, and ongoing learning in proper landscape and irrigation practices.
