Renovatio means to make new or to beautify in Italian. we make it our first goal to to meet your expectations on service quality of services provided and customer care. we take exceptional pride in craftsmanship for over two decades working in the south bay. majority of our work is from customer referrals. Myself David Lewis the owner has been in the construction trades for almost 35 years, starting as a kid working with a German craftsman that happened to be neighbor. at 14 I was working with him on building everything from furniture and cabinetry to wood floats for the NYC October fest parades. I helped my father build his remodeling business grow before moving to California to start my own company. I have a great eye for detail and craftsmanship and I am not happy till the customer is. Let us make your dreams a reality. I have always been a perfectionist, always pushing myself to do better quality work and championing my employees to do there absolute best. Professional, friendly, thorough, courteous, responsive with clear pricing and a great quality of workmanship. Renovatio Remodeling under took our office refurbishment, including knocking through a wall, re-wiring, dry wall installation and decorating. All of this was executed as planned, with zero impact on our production. I was a pleasure working with David and his team, I would not hesitate in using them on our future projects or in recommending them for any construction project.

We hired Dave Lewis and he exceeded all our expectations. He's a great guy to work with and has top notch experienced employees, they dry walled and insulated our entire home, on time, on budget with superb quality. Highly recommended!

Renovatio remodeling was great. Dave seemed very knowledgeable when he came out to do the estimate and so we were extremely happy when he had one of the lowest bids. During our repair, Dave had several suggestions for ways to improve the existing design, and even noticed some safety hazards from the previous renovation that we were able to repair during the work. The drywall texturing and paint look amazing - matched perfectly to our existing room. We just got new wood floors right before the water damage happened so were nervous about work being done. Dave and his team were very careful of our floors and did a thorough job cleaning the area upon completion of the work (and between all stages). We will definitely be working with Renovatio Remodeling again!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All projects are different, it is impossible to have a single formate to generate a quote. some are linear foot others Square foot or Time and Materials. So we always want to see and review every situation to give the customer the best bang for there buck.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Schedule a personal meeting to share ideas and review project, find out if they need architectural help and or design choices, we can help on all areas. after review we will put together detailed estimate of project and time to complete.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a Build it green certified company, working towards a LEED certification
