- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$175.00 Clean and sand your grades, vacuum interior and polish exterior. 2 hours. $250 Basic Cleaning service Total time 3 hours. Areas cleaned exterior, interior hood, Hand scrub above the cooking grates, and heat trays. Vacuum below the heat trays. Intensive Cleaning $400.00 Total time 4-5 hours, same as above and includes, steam cleaning, remove grease and residue below the burners. Exterior is polished. Technical Visit and recommendation: $125.00, Grill components checked for repair and safety. Grill removal: $250.00, Free standing $125.00 (carts with wheels) Discounts available: call for more information.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask you send a picture of the inside and out side with info. of the make and model of your BBQ grill. Location of water and power. You do not need to be present of time of cleaning. Leave instructions on how to get into the back yard.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have great customer service. I have experience in the grill cleaning business.
