- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All jobs are different. We do usually have the same pricing on gutter systems depending on how tall buildings are. Same as roofs. We charge a certain price for tear offs. We charge a certain price for roofing material.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Making sure that the customer is always happy with our services. We do not leave any job until the customer is satisfied with the work we performed at there location. We strive as a company to have 100 percent of happy customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years in the sheet metal business. I have about 7 years in the roofing industry. I can tell you everything there is to know about what type of gutter system each homeowner needs. I also will not sell anyone something they don`t need. Sometimes other companies sell extra downspouts on a certain job that is not necessary. We only sell what the customer needs. No more.
