- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am always focused on the end result. The most important thing in my work is to see the happy face of the customer who is satisfied with my work and will recommend me to his friends and acquaintances in the future.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I learn all the information on a new project from the customer, based on my experience I can advise how it will be more correct to implement the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My life gave me education and training. 22 years of experience in construction, interior and exterior decoration of premises and buildings of any type, concrete, brick, wood.
