Ivan helped with installing mirror and vanity light, and fixing rocking toilet in our guest bathroom. The contractor I previously hired to change the floor tile in the bathroom did a poor job, which resulted in unleveled surface under the toilet. Not only Ivan did an amazing job reinstalling the toilet, but it was done neatly: trash was collected in a bag, water spots wiped off and floor vacuumed. Ivan also checked beforehand if I had wall paint available to cover the unpainted spot behind the toilet (that my previous contractor didn’t bother painting). So, I had time to go the store to restock the paint. Moreover, Ivan moved my old mirror in the garage. The quality of his work is outstanding! It’s a rare find. I will definitely consider Ivan for my next projects.

Hire Ivan, you won’t regret it. We had him replace fans with new lights. He came in few mins early, asked questions before installing the lights on what our preferences were, and did everything with utmost professionalism. He was very accommodative of last min changes we proposed even if it meant redoing some of the work. Overall he did an excellent job and we are very happy we went with Ivan for this job.
