We requested help with moving furniture inside the house and assembling a large bed. For the assembly, we misplaced the bed, so he went to get it at HomeDepot. When he couldn't find the screws, he improvised by getting a threaded rod! He didn't charge us extra for this hassle either, given it was our mistake. We also asked him to install a barn door. He installed it precisely, but unfortunately the door itself was not precise. Regardless, he took down the whole door, then reinstalled it to fit the bottom piece. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Very professional and fast.
