Jose came on time and got right to work. He did three toilet replacement/installs. Unfortunately for him we purchased European toilets that took a bit more effort to install, so he ended up staying way longer than anticipated but he got the job done. We are pleased with the work.

JJ was available within a few days to do the job. He arrived on time and completely the work quickly and efficiently. JJ installed a new toilet and took the old one away. The area was spotless when he left and the new toilet works wonderfully.

I appreciate Jose’s communication regarding setting up the date for plumbing issues. He arrived on time with all the proper tools. I’m renovating my condo and Jose was able to fix my leaky toilet, fix my faucet, hook up my washing machine and dishwasher. My contractor did not install my garbage disposal correctly, so thankfully Jose found this for me and re did it for a fair price. I felt much more comfortable. He assured me that it would be covered under warranty and would return if an issue arose. I enjoyed learning more about plumbing and appreciated his kind disposition. Would 100% hire him again and have already recommended him to my friends/family.

Right after I posted my project (to 2 pros) at night, I got Jose’s response within 5 minutes. I scheduled an appointment with him and he showed up on time. I like the fact that he cares about his customers as he wore the shoes’ covers before he stepped into my house. He knew exactly what he supposed to do, I.e. removed the old toilet and installed a new one, cleaned up every step, very neatly. I definitely will call him again as I have 2 more toilets to be replaced and any plumbing issues in the future. Thanks so much, Jose, for your hard work.
