FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Flat, up-front pricing: you get a price range from your photos before I arrive, and we lock the final price before any work starts. No hourly surprises, no hidden fees. Service call minimum is $120, and it's applied toward your job. Bundle discount: add a second task to the same visit and save 15% on it - most customers knock out their whole honey-do list in one trip.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Three steps. 1) You text or send me photos of what needs fixing - I reply the same day, usually within the hour, with an honest price range. 2) We pick a time that works for you; I confirm by text and show up when I said I would. 3) I do the work clean and careful, walk you through it, and you pay only when you're happy with the result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I work in professional construction here in the South Bay, on crews building and finishing real homes - framing, drywall, finish work, fixtures. That means the repair in your house gets done to jobsite standards, not YouTube standards. I'm also trained on current California safety practices and always work within the scope of work permitted for handyman services.
