- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a new customer in construction involves several key steps to ensure clear communication, transparency, and successful project outcomes: Initial Consultation: We begin by meeting with the customer to discuss their project requirements, goals, and budget. This allows us to understand their vision and any specific needs they may have. Site Assessment: We conduct a thorough assessment of the project site to gather information about the terrain, existing structures, and any potential challenges or opportunities that may impact the construction process. Proposal and Contract: Based on the information gathered during the consultation and site assessment, we prepare a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, timeline, cost estimate, and any other relevant terms and conditions. Once the proposal is approved, we formalize the agreement with a contract that clearly outlines the responsibilities of both parties. Design Phase (if applicable): If the project involves design work, we collaborate closely with the customer and any relevant architects or designers to develop detailed plans and specifications that meet their needs and preferences. Permitting and Approvals: We assist the customer in obtaining any necessary permits and approvals from local authorities before commencing construction, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and codes. Construction Phase: With the necessary approvals in place, we begin construction according to the agreed-upon timeline and specifications. Throughout this phase, we maintain open communication with the customer, providing regular updates on progress and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
