As a holistic health care practitioner, I practice from an integrative, whole-person approach (bio-psycho-social-spiritual approach). While I am interested in the concerns that bring you to my office, I am also concerned about your wellness in a more global sense. Learning to care for yourself is very important, and this is at the forefront of the care I provide. Gentle and supportive self-care is a great adjunct to any and all healing modalities.
