Barn and Basil llc by Aman did an excellent job staging our home in Milpitas. She was super responsive and agreed to stage our home on very short notice. She has excellent taste in staging and all her pieces are elegant. It’s not just staging with any furniture but staging with passion is what I saw. She enjoys what she does and you will see that in her job. I was very pleased with her work. Our home went under contract sooner than expected. My 4300 sf house had been on the market for 40 days with just one walk thru. My agent recommended that I stage the house, but I was reluctant. I finally gave in and contacted three stagers. Aman responded almost immediately and won me over. She took the time to understand my needs as we walked through the existing pictures of my home. She made recommendations and developed a plan as we talked. When she arrived with her truck and crew I was amazed at how much she brought. Beds of all sizes, blankets, pillows, art work, sofas, chairs, EVERYTHING. She made small touches, large touches and a huge impact. After two days of staging I had the photographer come back to retake the pictures. Over the following four days we had seven walk thru's. There was so much activity it was tough to keep up. Everyone commented on how beautiful everything looked. Classic Elegance. I would recommend Aman to anyone - don't even hesitate, just call her.
