FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Avati AV, we believe in transparent, upfront pricing with no surprises. For smaller projects such as TV mounting, we use clear base pricing with defined add-ons for things like fireplace installations, masonry walls, wire concealment, or oversized displays. For larger projects such as distributed audio, surveillance, networking, digital signage, or commercial AV systems, we provide detailed written proposals outlining scope, materials, labor, and timeline. We do not cut corners. We use proper mounting methods, correct hardware for each wall type, and follow industry best practices. If additional conditions are discovered on-site, we discuss options and pricing before proceeding. Our focus is long-term reliability, safety, and clean professional results.
