Hired Kyle and the crew for a deep clean of my home, and they absolutely exceeded my expectations. Every surface, even the baseboards and inside the oven, was spotless and smelled fresh!! The team was punctual, professional, and left my place looking brand new — truly a 10/10 experience!

The team was punctual, professional, and did an exceptional job cleaning our home. They were thorough with every detail - from baseboards to bathrooms - and left everything spotless. I had a very disappointing experience with this cleaning company.
They arrived about 45 minutes late, claiming they couldn’t find my house. When they finally came in, I removed my shoes, as did one of the cleaners, but the other walked straight across my bedroom carpet with her shoes on.
When they told me they were finished, I reminded them that the laundry also needed to be cleaned, which seemed to come as a surprise. One cleaner went to do it, while the other stepped outside and started working on her car. When the laundry cleaner said she was done, I checked and saw the floor had barely been swept and hadn’t been mopped at all. I asked twice if she had mopped, and both times she insisted she had—yet when I wiped the floor myself, the wipes came up black with dirt. The mat was still stuck to the floor with something sticky, showing it hadn’t even been lifted or cleaned underneath.
I then inspected the bedroom, only to find the same story—dust and dirt left everywhere. Even worse, they managed to transfer dirt onto my previously clean lounge chair while using their vacuum.
Afterward, I sent photos of the results to the owner, Kyle. He admitted that the areas had been left dirty and apologized, but then offered me only a 33% refund, which I found insulting. I had to fight just to receive a 50% refund. In the end, I was still out $68. He justified this by saying he refunded more than he “usually does.”
Later, I messaged him that, because I had to hire another company to redo the work, I essentially paid one and a half times for the same job—and therefore should have received a full refund. Instead of addressing this fairly, he left me a voicemail asking me to call him and insisting again that 50% was more than they ever refund. This was essentially gaslighting—avoiding responsibility and shifting the blame—leaving me at a loss.
I would not recommend a company run by someone who fails to take responsibility and resolve issues properly.
