We hired her to clean every two weeks, but the third time she was supposed to come she was a no-show, no-call. When she was about 20 minutes late, I texted her multiple times and called her when but no response. When she was more than an hour late I called her again and she finally picked up (TV blaring in the background) and seemed very nonchalant about missing the day. She provided the excuse that she couldn't unlock her phone which didn't make sense because I called her twice and she picked up the second time. She offered to come later that day or the next but we try to get the house cleaned during the day when the kids are at school and that day in particular, we were planning on people over and needed the house cleaned. This was very disappointing and we won't be hiring again.
