Hi Lohith. We’re glad the cleaners’ hard work was acknowledged. This move-out cleaning required significantly more time and labor than originally anticipated due to the condition of the home and additional detailed work requested during the appointment, including 26 windows + window blinds that were not initially communicated beforehand, also giving a large discount on those added items. As a result, the service took approximately 12 hours for a team of two cleaners to complete. Throughout the cleaning, we stayed in communication and addressed multiple detailed requests and walkthrough items in real time to ensure concerns were handled before completion. Our goal is always to work with clients to meet expectations as thoroughly as possible. We appreciate the feedback and will continue improving communication regarding scope, timing, and expectations for future projects.
