I can’t say enough good things about Jeff’s service. I accidentally threw away something important, and he went completely above and beyond to help me recover it. Not only did he return it, but he did so with professionalism and genuine care. This level of service is rare to find - Jeff clearly takes pride in his work and cares about his customers. Jeff did an amazing job in a less than ideal situation - I had ceiling height mirrored closet doors that were coming out of the frames & starting to break on the corners - in a room that was crowded with furniture. He was able to get the doors out, carefully pivot them, and move them down the hall, then down a set of stairs. Didn't knock into anything, and they made it all the way down to his truck. Would definitely contact him again for any junk hauling needs.

I highly recommend Jeff Hauling & Junk Removal for excellent work and reasonable pricing. My realtor recommended Jeff to clear out the remaining furniture and junk from the house we are selling. Jeff's quote was lower than most junk removal companies and was based on a video taken by my realtor walking through the house. Jeff arrived early to the appointment to receive a walk through of the work to be completed. He explained that a video is not always clear of the actual volume. When Jeff's two co-workers arrived with the truck they worked quickly and efficiently clearing room by room being very thoughtful in how they loaded the truck to maximize space. Jeff politely provided an update mid-job that the remaining junk was not going to fit using the method he quoted me. He provided an alternative using an additional flat bed truck with a dumpster which would be enough space to avoid making several trips to the dump with the original truck. His recommendation would cost a bit more but overall less than if multiple trips were taken which all seemed reasonable to me. The work completed much faster than originally estimated and to my surprise Jeff provided a slightly reduced final cost which was very much appreciated.I highly recommend Jeff for completing the work in a professional and efficient manner. I would not hesitate to recommend him or use him myself again.
