- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk on the phone for a brief description of the job scope. I give them a rough number on the job cost compared to past projects we have done similar with. If they are okay with the price then we can schedule an appointment for 1st meeting. I give them a more accurate bid of the project and move on from there. 2nd or 3rd meeting are bound to happen especially in bigger projects.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from a 4 year in business and worked for a company in the field for a few years. I also have design background with courses I took at my local community college.
