My experience was amazing. I loved the challenge it gave as well as the guidance and patience the trainers/mentors provide. It was well balanced. I was a complete beginner but I could feel my body start to strengthen throughout the program. I highly recommend it for women that want to change or improve their state of mind and bodies. It's a healthy and strong uplifting group that I am grateful to be a part of.

AZD Electra is incredible. She not only motivates and inspires me but also teaches you how to reach your fullest potential in every aspect with the AZD Philosophy. I love that she also calls you out when your slacking, because she knows you can achieve greater and I love that because that makes me revise and challenge myself further.
