I’m very satisfied with the outcome. Though it wasn’t a great experience at first due to the first technician they sent out, the manager was quick to resolve the issue and was very responsive. He was very professional as well as the next technician he sent out. When the part wasn’t the right one, the technician came back the same day with the right part and finished the job. The technician Victor was pleasant and respectful. Overall, Bay Area Locksmith is reliable and an honest company. They try to be fair and get the job done right. I would recommend this company to others in need of any locksmith service. Thank you!
