FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process when working with a new customer is to make them feel at ease with all the questions that they have. It could be a stressful time and they have a lot on their plate so I try to be as thorough as possible and try to communicate with them through the phone or email. I like to reference a lot of pictures and I like to go over those pictures and really get a good idea of what my clients needs are. Attention to detail is a must and communication is key.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a AS in Cosmetology from San Jose City College and I have been a licensed cosmetologist since 2011. Before starting my business I managed/stylist/ make up artist at blow dry bar in Los Gatos for seven years.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always loved hair and make up, because I always used to watch my mom do her hair and make up and I just loved how it would transform her attitude and make her feel like she was a queen of herself. That kind of confidence is radiant and that’s why I love what I do because I can create that and enhance that in my client.
