- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fee is $85 per hour. I offer a discount for a purchase of 5 classes. I have a FIRM 24 hour cancellation policy. We both respect one another's time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk for the first part of the first session. I find out what their expectations and/ or desires are for their yoga practice. We then move through appropriate stretches, strength and balancing sequences for their situation and physical type OR we do stretches, somatic work and restorative poses if that is what is indicated. There is no one practice: all students are different.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes- I am mandated to take 40 hours for each renewal cycle but take more. It enriches me; and my students.
