Navruz and Salim were absolutely incredible from start to finish. I had a very heavy, oversized couch that needed to be taken all the way up to the 3rd floor, and honestly I didn’t think anyone could do it without causing damage or getting stuck on the stairs. But these guys handled everything like true professionals. They showed up on time, communicated clearly, and immediately started planning the safest way to move the couch through tight corners and narrow stairways. They worked as a perfect team — strong, calm, focused, and very careful with the walls and railings. Not once did they rush or get frustrated. When they finally got the couch up to the top floor, I was honestly impressed. No scratches, no damage, no drama. Just clean, professional work.
