Albert H. says, "Ben is great to work with and offered the best overall price in the South Bay. The original estimate was based on replacing the tankless water heater with the same Rinnai model. However, due to delivery damage to two units of that model, I had to switch to a different Rinnai model to avoid delaying the project further. Even though the replacement became more complex, Ben did not increase the price, which I really appreciated. Alex was the technician who completed the installation. He was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He installed the new model cleanly and carefully, and took the time to explain important technical details, especially ensuring the condensate drain was routed correctly. Overall, I’m very happy with the project. The water heater has been running perfectly for several days now, and I’ve already told Ben and Alex that I would definitely recommend them to friends. They just started the plumbing business, but they’re reliable, fair, and genuinely nice people to work with."See more
