Fairly quickly, Pedro found that the ballast had burned to a crisp! The next day, he went to Home Depot and bought a replacement, came back, and installed it, which wasn't simple because the wiring and fixtures are more than 60 years old. I thought his price was reasonable given the number of hours this job took, plus he looked at one other fixture for me...he will be coming back for that job. He was very accommodating, pleasant, and responsive. Today, all is well. What more can a customer want?"See more
