I had zero experience with lifting weights and/or anything fitness related for that matter, before I met Josh.  All I have to say is that his training works! Aside from my body feeling and looking so much better, I have learned the importance of keeping track of weight and bodyfat.  In one month I have gained 3 pounds of muscle and lost two percent bodyfat.  I feel amazing and I can’t wait for what the future holds!

Josh helped my wife and I lose weight and get in shape for our wedding! We were given a personalized workout plan each week and frequently had very informative and motivating virtual sessions. Josh is very knowledgeable and was able to guide us with quick replies. With the app, our workouts were easy to track, follow and review through Josh's video demonstrations for each workout along with progress tracking features. We achieved our goals in a 4 month program and were given all the tools to keep up our progress beyond our wedding! My wife and I were so grateful to have him as a resource and definitely recommend him to anyone looking to get fit and be healthy!

Before training with Josh, I didn’t really know what type of workouts to do. I had a brief idea of what to do, from looking at different workout plans online, but I just didn't get the results I was hoping for. Training with Josh had really helped me out in so many ways. He taught me multiple workouts that have greatly made a difference and he even provided a meal plan to follow to ensure I was working out and eating the right way. With Josh’s help, I was able to start building quality muscle, shed a ton of body fat, and just felt a lot better. Training with Josh was a life-changing experience for me. I definitely recommend Josh as a personal trainer for anyone that’s looking for amazing fitness results.

With Josh’s help I lost 7 pounds of fat and gained 2 pounds of lean muscle, reducing my body fat by 5% in one month! He specifically tailored workouts and a meal plan to match my goals, which are toning up and creating an overall healthier and fitter lifestyle. Josh was also very accommodating to my changing work schedule, flexibly scheduling our training sessions when it was convenient for me to come in and workout.

I’ve learned how to execute effective workouts from Josh and he is always pushing me to do more. Before I never wanted to go to the gym but now I feel more motivated when I work out with Josh. Through his workouts and custom meal plan, I have reduced my belly fat and gotten Deezed up. He’s the best trainer out there.

    Let's meet! And we can discuss details of pricing and what package works best for you.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    During the initial free consultation, we will: 1.) Go over your goals and discuss a meal and workout plan that works best for you 2.) Take down all of your measurements 3.) Perform a body fat check 4.) Work up a sweat! I will provide a free workout We will also make sure to go over a workout schedule that works best for you, and set the days and times. We can set a permanent schedule, or for those who's schedules change frequently, we can schedule on a rolling (weekly) basis.

    Certified in NCEP (National College of Exercise Professionals) CPR
