Before training with Josh, I didn’t really know what type of workouts to do. He taught me multiple workouts that have greatly made a difference and he even provided a meal plan to follow to ensure I was working out and eating the right way. Josh’s workouts made an immediate impact on my physique and performance! I came to Josh in serious need of help with both proper nutrition and workouts to increase my strength and to gain lean muscle mass. In just one month we accomplished both! Before starting with Josh, I was only able to perform 4 pullups. After one month in Josh’s training program, I was able to do 13 pullups! I also decreased my body fat percentage significantly. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?During the initial free consultation, we will: 1.) Go over your goals and discuss a meal and workout plan that works best for you 2.) Take down all of your measurements 3.) Perform a body fat check 4.) Work up a sweat! I will provide a free workout We will also make sure to go over a workout schedule that works best for you, and set the days and times. We can set a permanent schedule, or for those who's schedules change frequently, we can schedule on a rolling (weekly) basis.
