Introduction
I am a highly driven personal trainer with an emphasis in fitness, nutrition, and overall well-being. If my client is older, working with injuries, or has any special needs I make sure pain management is under control before working ahead on a more aggressive program. I love helping people reach their individual goals every day. There is nothing more rewarding than changing someone's life in a positive manner and helping him/her realize what he/she is fully capable of. I create a plan that fits my clients abilities so we can strengthen their weaknesses in a gradual way. Pushing my clients through their physical/mental limitations is an absolute must when it comes to getting results. This process is easily the most rewarding part for my clients. Not only have they achieved a physical goal but it also jumpstarts their confidence levels in other day to day tasks. Looking forward to meeting you and talking about your goals in detail. My gym is an independent gym and I think you’ll love it. Everyone there requires a trainer so it takes an edge off of that intimidation factor. I make my own schedule weekly so it helps a lot of my clientele to manage AND be able to stick with it. Most corporate gyms do not give you that considering their high volume. Kendall is amazing! I have a lot of health issues and past injuries which she makes modifications for me so I don’t re injure myself. She helped me with my IBS as well and has changed my life with my diet. She always keeps me motivated and since it’s always so much fun to talk to her I actually want to go and workout which is amazing. She pushes me without putting me at risk for injuries which is exactly what I needed!

Kendall is great! I’ve worked with Kendall for the past month and love how every workout is different; I’m never doing the same thing twice, so I continue to feel challenged. Kendall pays close attention to form and identifies any weaknesses to prevent injury or re injury, which is really important to me. She works with you to modify the exercises as needed to keep you going and feeling challenged, without feeling defeated if you can’t do something right away. It also helps that she’s really fun to talk to and has great energy! I’d highly recommend working with Kendall to achieve your fitness goals.

I have had the pleasure of being trained by Kendall for the past seven months. When I was searching for a trainer, I wanted to work with someone who was well-rounded to help get me get to a healthy lifestyle. I have been very impressed with Kendall and happily recommend her as a personal trainer. Kendall started by customizing my training based on my physical objectives and body type. She offers me guidance with my diet, to make sure I maximize my efforts. Kendall also takes my busy travel schedule into account. She has taught me good form, so that I can work-out on my own, during my business trips. Moreover, she also takes my physical injuries into account, making sure I get a complete workout without compromising my health. I give Kendall five-stars and highly recommend her as a personal trainer.

Kendall is an incredible trainer, and I can honestly say she has changed my life over the past six months. She really listens to your goals and helps you achieve them. Kendall knows how to push you without being obnoxious or intimidating like trainers I have often witnessed at gyms. If there is an exercise that I am struggling with, Kendall always knows several variations that allow me to work the same muscle and feel successful and confident while doing so. She really knows what she's talking about and is extremely knowledgable about weight lifting, dieting, and overall health and fitness. Kendall also changes up her workouts so you're not doing the same workouts week after week. We work on all the major muscle groups while incorporating HIIT (High Intensity Interval Trianing) workouts at least once a week which is great for fat loss. She has helped me gain and maintain muscle tone all over! I have noticed great results since I've started working with Kendall. Whether you are trying to tone up and lose just a few pounds, or undergo a complete body transformation, I would highly recommend Kendall Cool to help you achieve your goal.
