FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My personal training pricing varies on training frequency, type of training, one on one or small group.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is very important that my clients have a realistic goal set in conjunction with the timeframe they are expecting results. Therefore with all my new clientele, I always start with a 30 minute consultation followed by a full calibered body mass index (BMI). I then assess their goal set and we build a plan together that best fits the clients schedule, current fitness level, and past fitness experience.
