Hi, I’m Orion, a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I started coaching because I’ve seen firsthand how much fitness can change someone’s confidence, energy, health, and overall quality of life when they have the right plan and support behind them. I know this personally because there was a time when I wasn’t comfortable in my own skin, and getting into fitness completely changed the way I felt about myself. Through that process, I realized how much easier progress becomes when you have someone helping you cut through the noise and focus on what actually works. My focus is helping people lose fat, build muscle, get stronger, and create habits they can maintain long term. I know how frustrating it can be to put in the effort without seeing the results you want, try diet after diet, or feel overwhelmed by all the conflicting advice online. When we work together, my goal is to understand not just your fitness goals, but also your lifestyle, schedule, and the challenges that may have held you back in the past. From there, we’ll build a custom plan that’s realistic, sustainable, and designed specifically for you. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all programs because every person and every goal is different. I believe the best results come from combining proper training, good nutrition habits, consistency, and accountability. My role is to help guide you through that process, answer your questions, keep you on track, and make sure you’re continually moving toward your goals. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, build muscle, improve your fitness, or simply feel more confident in your own skin, I’d love the opportunity to help. Seeing my clients succeed is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do, and I take a lot of pride in being part of that journey.
