Hello, I am a very passionate person who is eager to help anyone I can whether it be a quick change for an event coming up or a complete lifestyle change. With the guidance of figuring out a healthy habit on what to eat and a combination of how to engage certain muscles I strongly believe that we can make a change for the better. Rachel has helped me tremendously in the past year in so many ways. As a working mom, my life can be a bit crazy. Because of her I have gained so much knowledge. I no longer injure myself, and can find time to adapt my workout to my crazy schedule. I have lost two dress sizes, gained muscle and tone, and feel so much better about myself!!! She is amazing to work with!! She has taught me great life hacks to get to my goal, even shares recipes for my stress food cravings...and I did it! She’s more than a personal trainer...she’s more like a life coach!!

I broke my hand and wanted to work on strength and mobility. I underwent two surgeries and was immobilized for several months in a cast. Doctors said my injured hand would never be 100% again. Rachel Allen helped me to regain mobility and build muscle mass.My injured hand is now stronger than it was before. I highly recommend her work out routines. She specified the work sessions to my needs and problem areas. I also have a hectic work schedule and she scheduled our sessions around my availability.
