My wife and I are so happy we found SnugglePaws Retreat through Thumbtack.
We had an initial meet and greet to see the fit between our dog (Ollie) and SnugglePaws (Minh). They hit it off and we decided to have Ollie stay with Minh when we went on an overseas trip.
Minh did such a great job taking care of Ollie. She was very consistent with texting us daily pictures and updates on what Ollie was doing.
We appreciate how she regularly reinforced daily behavior trainings also.
It was very clear in her communications and behaviors the high level of care she provided to Ollie. Which put us at ease and helped us unplug and enjoy our trip.
