- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer is reaching out to them with my intro message. When they respond, I ask them if they have any questions and I clearly answer all of it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have personal experience with caring for pets. When I finally got my own pet, I did everything by myself. I've trained my friends pets and trained them on how to care for a pet as well. I currently have 2 dogs, but I've had fishes, birds, and other reptiles in the past.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My neighbors and family members always had pets but my parents never allowed me to have one of my own. They did allow me to care for the animals so that's how I began.
