He has done a good job with replacing water heater at a short notice. Reasonable pricing. Do double check if the work is done properly. He did do the changes suggested to him for e.g tightening the heater bracing and drying up the wood pack before k installing the heater

He helped remove my old water heater and bring it to Home Depot for credit due to warranty. He installed the new water heater quickly and was willing to come back a couple times afterward to make sure everything was set up correctly and up to the HOA code. Shawn responds shortly after I submitted the request that I was having trouble lighting the pilot. He was here on time and since my water heater is 16 years old and probably had never been serviced and properly maintained. I decided to go ahead and replace it. He and his helper was able to do that in short time and although I don’t know much about water heater installation, the job seems well done and they cleaned up afterwards. He also checked to make sure my recirculating pump is functional and agree to come out to replace the sensor if I am not getting instant hot water with my new water heater. Since I did not ask for another company to give me an estimate, I cannot tell if his price is competitive.

I got a tankless water heater installed. Elvis is very detail oriented and was prompt to respond. He suggested to use the proper size of the gas pipe even though that increased the cost of the project significantly but he told me it was necessary to make full use of the system I was purchasing. I had a great experience with my water softener and RO system installation. Roman was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and patient throughout the entire process. He carefully explained how each component works, including how to operate the Clack valve system and how to test the Waterdrop RO-600 filter after installation. He also optimized the entire layout for long-term maintenance, ensuring there was adequate space around the HVAC unit for future servicing. He provided the best rates by a good margin compared to others, without compromising on quality. In fact, he’s the best and most honest plumber I’ve worked with so far. I rarely write recommendations, but I highly recommend this guy to anyone looking for professional and affordable plumbing work. The entire setup was done cleanly, flushed and tested properly, and is now running exactly as expected. He also helped me with pickup of softener and water heater too

I hired Shawn's team for a water heater replacement on my rental property while I was remote. I appreciate that they were able to accommodate the job the very next day. Communication could be improved. Shawn gave me an estimated window of 11:00 AM–2:00 PM, but his team didn't arrive until 3:00 PM and I wasn't notified about the delay. Once they started, however, they finished the job in a timely and efficient manner. My main point of concern was unauthorized scope creep. The team determined some brass fittings needed to be replaced, which I understand may have been necessary (other plumbers noted this possibility). However, I was not informed or asked for authorization before the work was completed, even though I was the one paying for the service. While my tenant was present and approved the extra work, I would have appreciated a quick call or text from Shawn to approve the additional charge myself. Overall, the quality of the installation seems excellent, but the lack of communication regarding the schedule and the unauthorized additional work are significant factors to consider."
