I love helping students and watching them thrive. I recently changed direction in writing coaching to work specifically with students embarking on their college journeys and have worked with college seniors for two years. As a former university writing instructor, I am adept at understanding how student profiles, strengths, and personalities align with what colleges are looking for in application essays. I guide students as they craft everything from essays to supplementals to short answer questions. I also help them discover their voice through the process. I'm a people person who thrives on seeing everyone succeed. I believe that through the college application process, specifically through the writing of application essays, students can learn about what they truly want as they embark on their futures.

In terms of providing advice on aspects not familiar to me, there were few. Hired pro basically trimmed ten years of previous experienced and mildly reformatted the document. Had I realized that would be the outcome, I would have risked self-guidance and did it myself.
