- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
the customer should know that our pricing varies on the job and so we tend to charge by the job rather than by the hour so if we run into any complications with the roof repair the price is the same
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
the typical process is initial contact which would be a text message or we prefer a phone call we will send someone out free of charge to give a completely free inspection of the project and a on-the-spot estimate please note for smaller jobs will usually offer same-day repair
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I think there's always a room to learn new tips and tricks but as far as my construction education is concerned I completed 2 years of roofing School in Texas and have extensively studied construction and engineering
