Rudy McGraw the owner provided us with exceptional service. When I called him about a leak in my roof, it was a miserable day wind and rain. All of his crew were out on other jobs so he came out himself and was at my house in 20 minutes. While doing the repair he noticed that there were other issues with the roof that needed to be addressed. He took pictures and videos of before and after the repairs. Provided a written contract of all the repairs and cost breakdown. Were going to have McGraw and Sons do our ongoing maintenance for the roof as well.M. Reyna

Great experience with Rudy for my roofing needs! He did an excellent job. What I really appreciated was how detailed he was in explaining the problems with my roof and walking me through the solutions, always asking for my opinion. His pricing was also very reliable, and the work was done fast. If you need a roofer who is reliable, explains things well, and works quickly, Rudy is your guy!

We are impressed and grateful for Rudys timeliness and professionalism in repairing our roof leak right after a huge storm. With customers interest in mind, Rudy managed to communicate the issues clearly and ultimately finished all the cleaning and repair work before the very next storm while we were out of town. Unlike another roofing company who charges outrageous price of $5000, Rudy found the exact problem and fixed it for a much reasonable price with a one year warranty as well. We also learned the importance of roof maintenance in preventing future roof leaks. If you are in the San Jose area, Rudy at McGraw and Sons Roofing would be the guy to call first. That is what we are going to do for sure! Thanks Rudy, you are most wonderful to work with!
