I just completed a roof inspection and maintenance project with Ramirez Quality Roofing. I was very pleased with the entire process working with Arnoldo, from the time I submitted the request on Thumbtack to getting a quote, quick scheduling, and work completion/cleanup. The inspection was thorough and gave me peace of mind that my roof was getting the right attention before the rains. The cost was competitive and within my budget. One tile needed to be replaced in addition to addressing loose tiles, flashing, and various other repairs obvious from the inspection (and pictures) to prevent further water damage. The tiles and gutters were also cleaned, and downspouts checked. Communication is important during any project and Ramirez Quality Roofing kept me informed and answered my questions throughout. I highly recommend them.
