Mario and his team are excellent! We received seven bids to do our decking and whole roof, and Mario's offer was the most competitive. During the project discussion, Mario was very generous in explaining the whole project and our options. The team started the project quickly and remained communicative throughout, giving us updates after every workday. The whole project took around 1 week and we are very happy with our new roof!

Mario has done above and beyond to fix our roof and a hole caused by removing a brick chimney. Not a typical roof repair. Mario not only patched the hole, but also matched the paint with rest of the wood panels seamlessly. Plus many odd problems. A true professional roofer and also a great person. Thank you, Mario!

We were looking to replace our existing roof and contacted Mario through thumbtack. Mario gave us a quote for shingles roof as well as clay tile roof and both were very reasonable. We decided to go with the clay tile roof and the results are stunning. Mario and his team are very professional and prompt. Mario was very accommodating with whatever we asked of him. The roof looks beautiful. The neighbour’s can’t stop complementing our roof. Even the permit inspector complemented us on our roof. Overall we are very happy with our roof and with Time change roofing. Mario is also a very pleasant guy to work with. We would definitely recommend Mario to all our friends looking for roof work.

I would like to thank Mario and his crew for the phenomenal work with my house’s new roof. I was impressed that they completed the new roofinstallation in less than 8 days. I also want to thank Edgar. Edgar did an exceptional job with the new gutters. If you are looking for a reliable and honest roofer who is very reasonable with pricing, please call Time Change Roofing at (408) 876-3402 and ask for Mario Sanchez. Mario is a man of few words but he gets things done.

Time Change Roofing is excellent. I met with or got bids from 7 different roofing companies when I needed a new roof on my house. I felt great about Mario from Time Change Roofing from the time he came to do his inspection and take measurements for an estimate. He was professional, friendly, answered all of my questions, and was very knowledgeable about roofing. The bid from Time Change Roofing was competitive and included all of the things I needed and requested to be included- gutters, soffits and fascias. Mario is a great person and business person and I felt confident in working with him from the start. They were able to get the job started in a short time at my request, and they also pulled the permits from the City and got the inspections scheduled in a timely manner so things stayed on schedule and didn’t drag out. Mario was always quick to respond to my messages or calls, and was excellent to work with. He gave me regular updates and also sent photos during the process and after completion. The roof, eaves, soffits and gutters all turned out fantastic and I am very happy with the end result. He also offers a great warranty. I would highly, highly recommend Mario with Time Change Roofing!
