FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a one-time session for first-time customers and afterwards a monthly commitment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before we meet, I like to get on a 15-20 minute consultation call to learn more about your situation to see how I can best help. After the call, we'll find a day for the initial training session. The first training session can be a standalone session, to see if you'd like to commit to the monthly training program.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from San José State University, where I studied human movement, exercise science, and injury prevention. My academic background allows me to design training sessions that focus on proper athletic development and recovery. In addition to my formal education, I have multiple years of hands-on experience as a lifelong soccer player and private trainer, working closely with athletes to apply sports science principles to real, on-field performance.
