We had a great experience. William was very helpful, and made sure we had the right technicians assigned. We needed a new inverter installed to our existing solarpanel system. It was a bit of a tricky installation, because the replacement inverter was not only slightly larger than the old inverter, necessitating some re-routing, but the internal wiring of the inverter needed adjustment as well to get the display working properly. Solar Energy Consultants handled it all, and got us up and running quickly. Unlike other companies we considered, they can work on a number of different brands of solar equipment. We will call them first in the future if our solarinstallation needs any type of repair or expansion.

It took three weeks in total to get it fixed. The representative verified that our solarpanel was under warranty so he ordered and install a new one

Great communication, technician checked all parts of the system and resolved the issue in a timely manner (bad solarpanel) provided photos and was able to get the remaining panels up and running. Received a follow up call confirming service was completed to satisfaction. Highly recommend!

After reaching out to three other solar companies for service to my existing solarpanels (the previous company who installed my solar system went out of business), Solar Energy is the only one who responded within a short time; answered questions without attempt to sell. Bottom line, I agreed to have them come to my home to inspect and clean the solarpanels; their associate Juan was prompt and a real pro...outlined a review as to what his service would include; offered advice and demonstrated how to check energy usage etc....Juan is a real compliment to Solar Energy. Bottom line, i was impressed and will have them back for service as required.
