Kunal J. says, "I want to call out the excellent service that we received from Left Hand Plumbing on Saturday (6th September). Our kitchen sink was clogged badly; and water was not draining out. Left Hand Plumbing reached out to me within minutes of me posting my requirement on Thumbtack (even though it was Saturday morning). He agreed to come that evening and was at our house as promised at 5:30pm. Left Hand Plumbing first inspected the problem,explained the possible issues and then went forward with identifying the clog, cleaning it and getting the drain up and running. He was at our house for more than an hour; was thoroughly polite and professional and literally saved my weekend. I would strongly recommend Left Hand Plumbing for plumbing issues especially if u are in an emergency situation."See more

They worked long hours to get it all done, including patching and repainting walls within three days. They are skilled plumbers and construction workers so could handle all aspects of the job, including making a suggestion to move the shower head to a new and better location. Having clean, hot water and good pressure again has made a big difference for our family, and I would hire them again for other jobs. The price was competitive and all inclusive - no hidden costs. However, due to delivery damage to two units of that model, I had to switch to a different Rinnai model to avoid delaying the project further. Even though the replacement became more complex, Ben did not increase the price, which I really appreciated. Alex was the technician who completed the installation. He was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He installed the new model cleanly and carefully, and took the time to explain important technical details, especially ensuring the condensate drain was routed correctly. Overall, I’m very happy with the project. The water heater has been running perfectly for several days now, and I’ve already told Ben and Alex that I would definitely recommend them to friends. They just started the plumbing business, but they’re reliable, fair, and genuinely nice people to work with."See more
