This was one of the best plumbing/handyman experiences I’ve had after years of hiring people through various platforms.
Our toilet had been leaking for a while without us realizing it, and by the time we noticed, the four bolts securing it to the floor were badly rusted. Before contacting this company, I had already tried two other contractors from yelp. The first one gave me a quote, but once he saw the rusted bolts, he decided not to continue the job. The second contractor didn’t even remove the toilet before telling me he wouldn’t take it on.
After the second contractor turned me down that morning, I contacted this company. Sabur arrived within about two hours, which I really appreciated.
Saber came and he ended up spending around three and a half hours working on it and solved everything in one visit. The rusted bolts were difficult to remove, and at one point he even brought in a second person to help. Despite all the extra time and work, the final cost was still lower than what the first contractor had quoted just to replace the wax ring.
The whole process was surprisingly smooth and stress-free. I definitely recommend them and would hire them again.

These guys are great. I needed help to replace a leaky pipe. Submitted a request on Thumbtack and they called almost 2 minutes after. Appointment was scheduled for the same day.
