I highly recommend Watermasters (Isac) for hardwood flooring repair. My hardwood floors were severely water damaged due to flooding and clogging in my bathroom, and Isac was able to fix them up perfectly. Isac was incredibly professional, punctual, and responsive. He answered all of my questions promptly and thoroughly. He also arrived on time for the job and worked quickly and efficiently. Got old tile floor removed in a 1969 home and installed vinyl tiles. Extremely pleased with the work this team did. The project was done on time and according to the original quote despite the floor not being fully leveled and there being some dry rot on one of the cabinets. The team fixed both issues as part of the project and still we're done within the original timeline. Highly recommend. Very very happy with our new kitchen floor!

We hired watermasters for a water damage project and very satisfied with the service provided. Isac was very responsive from the beginning, provided reasonable quotes quickly. They volunteered to work overtime to make sure the project stayed on schedule. Isac took provide in the work done by his team and made sure everything was done in a professional way. Communication was clear and on time for any additional work beyond the initial estimate, so that it was easy to work out new solution with reasonable price. Overall, it was a pleasant experience to work with watermaster and we would high recommend them to anyone who needs help in water damage/flooring.

I normally don’t write reviews, but Isac Reyes and his team were so amazing and did such a great job installing my flooring that I had to tell you all. My project was to install flooring in three bedrooms and four flights of stairs, and I was on a tight deadline. They were honest, respectful, and trustworthy. The quality of work is a 10 out of 10. Isac communicated every step of the job with me. Him and his team went on above their job duties to get the job done and make me as a customer happy. (no, this really happened) They even cleaned everything up before they left. That never happens. The customer service and care that this company provides is very rare in this day and age. I absolutely love my floors and highly recommended this company. Words cannot express how grateful and appreciative I am to Isac and his team. Thank you Lisa B
