Isac and his team were very friendly, explaining our options to us and answering all our questions about the process, timeline, and quote (and even other things they found while inspecting the area) to fix our water damaged floor. Expectations and unknowns were set clearly before we committed to the work, and I appreciated the honesty around what we couldn’t say for certain until we tore into the floor. He and his team got our damage fixed quickly and at a very reasonable cost. We would definitely work with him again in the future.

I was so happy to find Isac and Watermasters! For my house built in 1955, we completed a renovation/expansion in 2020. One part of the floor (which was previously a bathroom and is now part of the dining room) has been a bit uneven since the renovation. As a result, planks of the interlocking flooring were cracking.
My regular handyman (who's usually great) had refused the job because he didn't want to deal with potentially bigger problems with the subfloor.
Isac evaluated the situation, and came up with a plan to even out the subfloor and replace the damaged planks without affecting the nearby cabinets, etc. He provided a very reasonable quote, and was patient as I tracked down additional boxes of replacement flooring. He scheduled the work on a day that was convenient for me, and he and his assistant put in a long day to get everything completed. When we had an issue with one plank, he came in quickly to even out the subfloor and replace the plank. The floor is now flat and looks great, and you can't tell the new planks from the old planks. I definitely recommend Watermasters.

I had water damage in my engineered hardwood floors and it had a lot of moisture trapped i side. I was worried about replacing the entire floor due to risk of moulds.
Isaac and his team saved me from massive problem by dehumidifying and fixing the floor.
