Isac and his team were very friendly, explaining our options to us and answering all our questions about the process, timeline, and quote (and even other things they found while inspecting the area) to fix our water damaged floor. Expectations and unknowns were set clearly before we committed to the work, and I appreciated the honesty around what we couldn’t say for certain until we tore into the floor. He and his team got our damage fixed quickly and at a very reasonable cost. We would definitely work with him again in the future.
Exceptional quality work completed by Isac and his team. The work was to repairfloor / hardwood boards from water damage. Isac maintained the said schedule; kept us informed about progress ; completed quality work without cutting corners; and lastly, the team completed clean up everyday after the work was done. I had water damage in my engineered hardwood floors and it had a lot of moisture trapped i side. I was worried about replacing the entire floor due to risk of moulds.
