We had no hot water. Submitted a request and Daniel from NorCal responded. He was so helpful on the phone helping us to troubleshoot the problem and talking us through a few DIY fixes. When those failed, he quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the part and scheduled a visit the next morning. He arrived on time and it was fixed within 20 minutes. Such a great experience, and a great guy too.

Daniel responded quickly and was pretty flexible at scheduling the work. He helped me restarted the pilot(tried myself but didn’t work), later come back to replace the wires when the earlier fix didn’t work. Very processional.

Right now we are offering rebates on tankless and heat pump water heaters.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I like to understand a customers wants and needs so that I can achieve a ideal outcome for my customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified by Rinnai to install and repair their tankless units. I’ve been a part of Rinnai’s Ace Pro certification program. I am proficient in brazing pipes, installing water softeners/whole house filters. I am also trained in repairing and replacing traditional tanks, power vented units and heat pumps.
