Daniel helped us choreograph our first dance and taught us every move from 0 to 100! He was great at breaking steps down into understandable parts, as we were are both first time dancers. He also helped us stitch together 2 songs for the final 2 part dance. Thank you Daniel for the awesome lessons, we had a lot of fun learning from you!

Memorable & Easy!
We reached out to Dan for our first dance. Dan is a master at breaking down complex steps into simple chunks. I was initially nervous about my abilities to remember the dance steps, but Dan built up our confidence thanks to his experienced teaching style!
He sent us home with videos to practice at home so that helped a lot and was nice enough to make tweaks to our song of choice so the pacing wouldn’t be too fast.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New students often have a lot of questions as the world of ballroom dancing is unfamiliar to most. When speaking with new clients, I aim to be as informative as possible and express that beyond meeting their initial goal, I am interested in caring for and managing long term goals as well. My greatest asset is organization, and it is important that new students are confident in my ability to maintain their progress.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from San Jose State University with a Bachelor's in Marketing and I continue to further my education on the subjects of communication and client interaction in order to provide the best services. As an instructor and active professional competitor, I take multiple lessons a week in order to further my dancing ability and knowledge for the benefit of my students. I also have extensive background in music as well as kinesiology, allowing me to teach concepts such as body actions and rhythm at the scientific level.
